A Georgian deacon in the U.S. has tested positive for the novel virus. Metropolitan of North America Reverend Saba Intskirveli has confirmed the information and said that churchgoers having communicated with the deacon have already been informed.
The religious servant's health condition is reportedly stable.
This is the first case of a Georgian religious servant being diagnosed with coronavirus.
