The Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili has published a congratulatory message regarding the Day of Abkhazia.
In his words, Abkhazia is an integral part of Georgia. He emphasized that Georgians and Abkhazians have a shared future with no alternative.
“Blessed by the Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness Ilia II, on May 23, we celebrate “Abkhazetoba.” I want to congratulate all of Georgia on this day, and especially our Abkhazian sisters and brothers! I believe that peace, development, and a European future will become a precondition for that together with our Abkhazian compatriots, we will live in a united, strong Georgia,” Irakli Garibashvili said.
