"We continue to providing targeted social assistance to our citizens," the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, stated.
He said he had started receiving applications from citizens who had lost their jobs due to the second wave of the epidemic.
"Applications are accepted until February 20, and from February 28, the relevant financial assistance will start. It is GEL 1 200 for six months. I want to call on our citizens to fill this application as soon as possible. As of today, 45 000 such applications have been uploaded on our portals," the Prime Minister noted.
