The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) has responded to the latest developments in Tbilisi.
''When the Pride events were underway in Tbilisi, demonstrators subjected journalists to flagrant violence and destroyed their equipment. This constitutes an unimaginable attack on the freedom of information. Impunity must end,'' the IFJ statement reads.
Anti-Pride rally participants have physically abused journalists and operators outside the parliament in Tbilisi.
