Georgia is preparing to celebrate the Day of Independence by holding an event. Final details will be determined on the event rehearsal.
The Ministry of Defense informs that on 26 May, recruiters will take the Oath of Enlistment after which they will join the Defense Forces of Georgia. The corresponding rehearsal has already been held on Freedom Square in Tbilisi.
To prevent the spread of the novel virus, various exhibitions and processions are not set to be conducted to celebrate the National Holiday this year. Citizens will be enabled to watch events live on air.
