"Today we have only one new case, with four patients recovered, and the number of those who defeated the virus at 72%," the medical director of Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital told journalists.
According to Marina Ezugbaia, the condition of the three critically ill patients in the clinic is improving. There are 34 patients currently undergoing treatment at the clinic.
"At this stage, 193 patients are being treated in COVID centers. The new confirmed case is from the quarantine zone. We know the contacts of the patient. One of our patients recovered and at this stage, while 34 remain.we have no new patients for now," Ezugbaia said.
According to the latest data, 731 cases of coronavirus confirmed in Georgia, with 526 recovered and 12 patients dead.
