"Wearing face masks will be compulsory for a really long time, and these masks do not have to be medical face masks. They are now called social masks and can be sewn at home," Head of the National Center of Disease Control Amiran Gamkrelidze said, adding that citizens will have to wear face masks for a long term.
Gamkrelidze thanked citizens who have had respiratory infection injections done, and said they are a must for all. He also underscored that some countries have already started tried coronavirus vaccines on people, with them possible to be available for the general public in the autumn.
