Members of the parliamentary majority have visited the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II, wished him a happy birthday and the 42nd anniversary from his enthronement, as well as a happy New Year. Deputies were accompanied by their family members and the Patriarch's godchildren.
First Deputy Chairman of the Parliament Giorgi Volski, Deputy Chairman Ilia Nakashidze, Chairman of the Georgian Dream faction Rati Ionatamishvili, former MP Karlo Kopaliani, MP Endzela Machavariani, and others addressed the Patriarch and wished him longevity.
On his part, the Patriarch blessed them and wished them to succeed in serving their country and people.
