The National Forestry Agency will provide its employees with life and health insurance.
The planned changes will apply to those employees of the National Forestry Agency who are entitled to register, monitor forests, implement forest and agriculture related measures, control exercise of the right to use forest resources, and eradicate illegal use of forest resources in the territory of the National Forest Foundation.

In accordance with the new legislation, if actual place of residence of the head of the regional forestry department is located outside the territory of the Agency, or the place of residence is at least 30 km apart from the workplace, the National Forestry Agency will be entitled to rent a flat for the head of the regional department of the Agency.
