Russian occupation forces have illegally detained two Georgian citizens near the occupied village of Tsinagara. The State Security Service spreads the information.
According to the agency, a "hotline" has been activated in connection with the incident, the EUMM and the co-chairs of the Geneva talks have been informed.
"The central government of Georgia is using all the mechanisms at its disposal to release the illegally detained persons as soon as possible. The Russian occupation forces bear full responsibility for the violation of fundamental human rights in the occupied territories and along the occupation line. Various illegal actions damage the security environment on the ground and complicate the daily life of the population," the State Security Service states.
