The pandemic is slowing down, Amiran Gamkrelidze, the head of the National Center for Disease Control, said. As of Georgia, in his words, a total of 33,505 potential cases have been examined, with 647 confirmed.
"The number of the recovered has surpassed that of the infected, with this indicating that the pandemic is slowing down; however, we still need to be cautious and keep implementing all required measures in the country," Gamkrelidze declared.
