The Penitentiary Service disseminates information regarding the mobilization of the special service staff at the Rustavi N12 facility. According to them, the information about the special mobilization on the territory of the institution is an attempt to mislead the public.
"On October 1, the Special Penitentiary Service appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to allocate additional forces in order to comply with the security norms, which is located at the base of the Main Information-Technical Security Division.
The footage shows the process of rotation of the additional forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and no special mobilization is taking place near the N12 facility," the ministry said.
