According to the MIA, Georgian servicemen congratulated mothers of soldiers who died on active duty and whose death was attributed to duty on the occasion of Mother's Day.
"Servicemen at the Georgian Defense Forces have visited mothers of military sons throughout Georgia and gifted them with flowers.
Mothers of dead soldiers once again remembered their son's heroic deeds and wished the visitors to serve their country with dignity and integrity," the statement reads.
