Chairman of Georgia's Constitutional Court Zaza Tavadze has asked the Parliament to postpone consideration of his candidacy to the post of the Supreme Court judge. Mr Tavadze has already submitted the corresponding letter to Chairperson of the Parliament Archil Talakvadze.
The main reason having made him to take this step is the necessity of completion of the required procedures for proving that his education corresponds to the required level. Mr Tavadze expresses his hope "that it will soon be confirmed that he is the holder of master's degree."
