Tbilisi Minibus has issued a statement urging passengers to apply the recommendations imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic in the country.
"Tbilisi Minibus obediently asks all customers not to travel in a minibus on foot and use a mask when traveling in the company vehicle, in both cases, the company leaves the driver the right not to start the minibus and ask the standing passenger or customer without a mask to leave.
The request for safety rules is also addressed to the company's drivers, as those who are unable to maintain order in the vehicle due to passenger disobedience will be removed from the line and replaced by backup drivers. Tbilisi Minibus revealed that when the COVID-19 pandemic started in the world, the company took all the necessary measures to prevent the spread of the virus. Every day, all vehicles that travel in the capital during the day are disinfected, and also drivers employed with the help of the Infectious Diseases, AIDS, and Clinical Immunology Research Center are tested for COVID-19.
