The MIA of Georgia has released its second statement saying that representatives of the MIA are on the Rustaveli avenue rally site to maintain social order.
''The MIA, as the state agency responsible for maintaining social order, once again calls upon citizens gathered on Rustaveli avenue to abide by the law and the police's lawful demands during social gatherings and in exercising their right to freedom of expression.
Also, we warn organizers of both protests, including political leaders, to hold back from appeals to violence and ensure that the protests will go peacefully,'' the statement reads.
