A car accident occurred on the Rustavi-Tbilisi highway. One person died as a result of the accident.
According to reports, the car allegedly collided with the stairs of the pedestrian crossing.
As the Ministry of Internal Affairs told report.ge, the case is being investigated under Article 276, Part 6 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates violation of vehicle operation or traffic norms, which resulted in the loss of human life.
