A 27-year-old man got killed in a car accident in Telavi. According to reports, the driver of the vehicle traveling at high speed could not control the car, jumped off the road, and crashed into a tree. The injured died at the scene before the ambulance arrived. The incident happened late at night.
An investigation into the incident was launched under Article 276, Part 6 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates violation of traffic safety rules or operation of a vehicle, which resulted in the loss of human life.
