According to Marina Ezugbaia, the Medical Director of the Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital, two of the new cases of coronavirus confirmed at their center.
The source of infection of these patients is the National Bank.
"These two patients are over 70. One has diabetes, the risk factor of the other patient is only age. These patients will undergo examination today, and then we will be able to explain their health condition, prognosis, and solution," Ezugbaia said.
As for other patients, Ezugbaia says that the condition of 2 out of 4 severe patients stabilized.
"We have two patients with severe pneumonia, but can see the improvement in their health condition. I hope we will soon be able to transfer them to the general wards," Ezugbaya said.
There are 208 cases of coronavirus in Georgia so far, with 46 recovered and three dead.
