The members of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Consortium - ADY Container LLC (Azerbaijan), KTZ Express (Kazakhstan), GR Logistics (Georgia), and Pacific Eurasia Logistics (Turkey) delivered a container train from Xian (China) to Izmit (Turkey), in record time, adycontainer.com reports.

As reported by the agency, a train of 43 containers with various cargos reached from the Aktau port of Kazakhstan to the port of Baku on the Beket-Ata feeder vessel operated by ADY Container.

Shortly afterward, containers were loaded onto platforms and sent to Turkey by the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) railway.

The train passed the Baku port distance to the Boyuk Kesik station in record time - 14 hours (standard 24 hours), that is, 10 hours faster. And the Turkish part of the route in 50 hours. That is 70 hours ahead of schedule.

Notably, despite specific difficulties connected with the epidemiological situation, the transportation of goods along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TMTM) continues smoothly under sanitary and epidemiological standards.
