Per the updated report by the National Statistics Bureau of Georgia, the growth of the gross domestic product in the country amounted to 9.9% in July of 2021 if compared to that of July 2020.
The average growth rate in the first seven months of 2021 is 12.2%.
In July of 2021, an increase was detected in the fields as follows: finance and insurance activities, processing industry, hotels and restaurants, transport, trade, and storage.
A downward trend was noticed in the construction and mining industries.
