From May 26 to June 4, the National Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia will host world-renowned bloggers and influencers with the support of USAID's Economic Security Program.
As report.ge was informed by the Tourism Administration, within the framework of the "Digital Days in Georgia" project, a press tour will be organized for leading bloggers and influencers of Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and other social networks through the American platform Steller. In total, about 20 bloggers will visit Georgia.
Within the project, bloggers and influencers will visit Tbilisi, Gudauri, Stepantsminda, Truso gorge, Kutaisi, Prometheus Cave, Batumi, Mestia, and other tourist places both individually and in groups.
The press tour participants will promote Georgia's adventure, eco, cultural tourism destinations, and products on social networks. Within the project framework, hundreds of stories about the attractive places and people of Georgia will be prepared on social networks. The created media product will be posted on Steller's website along with social media.
The project will help attract tourists to Georgia and increase the country's tourism awareness, both in the US and in the European and Persian Gulf countries.
Steller launched a similar campaign in Ireland in 2019, resulting in 72 million views and reactions on social media.
