The Georgian Agency of Agriculture has organized a working meeting with the employees of agricultural product importer companies today.
The employees were provided with information on the state program for the maintenance of the product prices.
Importer companies say the new project represents a vital state aid.
About 30 companies' representatives attended the meeting.

As Georgian Agriculture Minister Levan Davitashvili said, the supply of nine products (rice, spaghetti, sunflower oil, wheat flour, sugar, wheat, dry milk, buckwheat, and beans) will be ensured, and no price growth will occur.
