As reported by the National Bank of Georgia, the volume of money transfers to Georgia equaled 131.8 mln USD (421.6 mln GEL), which is 9.6% (13.9 mln USD) less than the 2019 May indicator.
According to the National Bank of Georgia, 92.8% of the money transfers are from the most significant 14 partners of Georgia, from which the money transfers exceeded one mln USD in May 2020.
98.9% of the money transfers were from the same 14 countries in May 2019.
Money transfers from Georgia equaled 13.6 mln USD (43.4 mln GEL) in May 2020.
The rate is 33.7% less than in May 2019.
