As reported by the National Statistics Office of Georgia, 1,890.5 Georgian resident travelers left for abroad in the fourth quarter of 2019.
A total of 45.3% of the travelers were 31 – 50 age.
54.7% of the visitors were tourists. The number of women was 41.9% of the visitors.
35.6% of the visits were carried out to see friends or relatives.
Most of the Georgian travelers visited Turkey and Azerbaijan: 263.2 thousand and 111.7 thousand, respectively.

The average number of nights spent in the fourth quarter of 2019 reached 3,8 nights.
The expenses hit 505.4 million GEL, and the average cost per visit equaled 894 GEL.
