As reported by the National Statistics Office of Georgia, Georgia's external trade turnover (exclusive of undeclared data) equaled 5 053.9 mln USD, being 18.2 less than the data of the 2019 first half.
Exports totaled 1 503.4 mln USD (- 16.0), while imports equalled 3 550.5 mln USD (- 19.1).
The negative trade balance of Georgia was 2 047.0 mln USD (40.5% of the external trade turnover) in Jan – June 2020.
The share of Georgia's top ten export partners equaled 77.4% in January – June 2020.
China (205.1 mln USD) Azerbaijan (203.5 mln USD) and Russia (188.1 mln USD) were the top ten three.
The share of Georgia's ten import partners was 69.4% of the total imports.
Turkey (595.2 mln USD), Russia (396.1 mln USD), and China (325.6 mln USD) include the top three.
The share of the top ten trade partners totaled 69.9% in January – June 2020.
Turkey (697.4 mln USD) Russia (584.2 mln USD) and China (530.7 mln USD) are the most considerable trade partners of Georgia.
