On 29 April 2021, Mr. Nikoloz Shurghaia was elected chairman and director-general of the PASHA Bank. Mr. Levan Aladashvili took on the duties of risks manager, while Mr. Giorgi Chanadiri was appointed to the post of information technology and operations manager.
The PASHA Bank Board of Directors now has four directors _ Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Directors Nikoloz Shurghaia, Chief Financial Officer Selim Berent, Risks Manager Levan Aladashvili, who is a member of the Board of Directors, and Information Technology and Operations Manager Giorgi Chanadiri, also a member of the Board of Directors.
According to the PASHA Bank, Yusuf Arkun, who has served as director-general in the bank, left its team. Asaf Huseynov also plans to leave the post of risks operator; he has held the position since 2019.
Newly elected director-general Nikoloz Shurghaia, who earned his master’s degree at the London School of Business, says that he is glad to take on his duties, as PASHA bank is not an alien organization for him.
PASHA Bank has its head offices in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey, and it renders corporate and investment services to small and medium-sized enterprises.
The bank started functioning in Georgia in 2013, with its assets topping 327 mln in 2018.
