The summer season has opened today in Gudauri, Bakuriani, and Svaneti regions following the safety norms.
The Mountain Resorts Development Company developed all the regulations to prevent the COVID-19 infection in Georgia's highlands.
The cableways will be disinfected every evening, and four people will be allowed in a gondola (closed cabin) in a chess manner and only by face masks.
The open cableways will contain three people per each six-place bench.
The visitors must follow rules of two-meter social distancing, disinfect hands, and pass the thermal screening.
All the cableways will be open from 11:00 to 17:00 in Bakuriani and Gudauri.
Mestia-Hatsvali and Zuruldi cableways will function from 10:00 to 16:30.
