A CONNECT 2020 annual aviation forum is underway in Antalya, Turkey.
A total of 650 officials from 260 airports from across the world participate in the forum.
The United Airport of Georgia presents Georgia at the forum.
On the sidelines of the event, Vako Chilashvili, a business development manager of the United Airports of Georgia, met the main partners of the company and the officials from the air companies Georgia plans to attract.
He says the forum is of utmost importance in the aviation industry.
''We held presentations and met with CONNECT founder and organizer Karin Butot, who said that the aviation forum hosted by Tbilisi two years ago was one of the best events,'' Vako Chilashvili said.
CONNECT represents a large-scale international event, held annually in different European countries.
In 2018, Georgia hosted the aviation forum, which celebrated its 15th anniversary.
