“We ask the Georgian citizens to provide exact data about symptoms and health conditions,” stated Amiran Gamkrelidze, the Head of NCDC during the morning briefing. Based on him, he doubts that people with high temperatures take antipyretic pills and hide the symptoms.
“First of all, it is important for them, as by placing them in quarantine, we protect their relatives and prevent the virus spread,” – said Gamkrelidze
The Head of NCDC summons the population to refrain from traveling in high-risk countries. Though, he also mentioned that the virus is well-spread in Europe as well, correspondingly, it is desirable not to travel at all.
Three cases of coronavirus confirmed in Georgia. According to Amiran Gamkrelidze, the health condition of all of the three persons is stable.
