On July 31, the 150th anniversary of the birth of Nariman Narimanov, a prominent public figure, teacher, doctor, playwright, writer, and publicist, got celebrated at the Nariman Narimanov Memorial Museum in Tbilisi.
The event is organized by the Integration Center for Azerbaijanis of Georgia, Nariman Narimanov Memorial Museum, and Mirza Fatali Akhundov Home Museum.
At the opening of the event, the Executive Director of the Integration Center for Azerbaijanis of Georgia provided detailed information about Nariman Narimanov's life and work, calling Narimanov a "symbol of friendship" between the Azerbaijani and Georgian people.
At the end of the event, the participants visited the Narimanov monument in Marneuli and decorated it with flowers.
