A 12-year-old boy was electrocuted to death while playing hide-and-seek in the town of Gagra. As De-facto Abkhazia’s Prosecutor’s Office informs, while playing the game, the child decided to hide in a power generating substation, which was left open.
A similar death occurred last year in Sokhumi, where teenage Nestor Arshba died in an electrical substation, which was also left unattended.
