Batumi Boulevard director Irakli Jincharadze has been dismissed, with the violations in the state office report named as the cause of his removal from office.
Mr. Jincharadze claims that he was punished for showing his protest against their intention to lease the section of the beach to a hotel.
After protests, the issue was removed from the agenda.
