According to the Minister of Health, Ekaterine Tikaradze, the joint report of the Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau and the Regulatory Agency on the death of a 27-year-old nurse will be published on Monday, March 29.

"There is some preliminary information that the vaccine may not be named as the direct cause. We are waiting for the Samkharauli conclusion, and a joint commission will be held at the Ministry of Health on Monday, where the joint conclusion of both Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau and the Regulatory Agency will be presented. After the conclusion, I will have an accurate answer so that I do not spread false information," Ekaterine Tikaradze said.

A young nurse fell into a coma yesterday, March 18, in Akhaltsikhe, after taking the AstraZeneca vaccine at the clinic "Imedi."

The nurse allegedly developed anaphylactic shock after the vaccination.

27-year-old Megi Barbakadze was transferred from Akhaltsikhe to the First University Clinic in Tbilisi.

The young nurse died at the First University Clinic today.

An investigation is underway.
