Tamaz Elizbarashvili's Dog Shelter has posted a video on its Facebook page, featuring a child approaching a dog named Zhorika in the vicinity of a supermarket to pat it, but the dog gets nervous and inflicts a minor injury upon the child by slightly scratching her skin.
The statement on the dog shelter Facebook page reads that the dog must be punished but not by putting it to sleep.
The dog has been taken to the shelter and is now waiting for the life and death verdict.
