The Embassy of the State of Israel in Georgia has posted a statement on its Facebook page for Israeli students who want to return to Georgia to continue their studies.
"Important notification for Israeli students willing to return to Georgia:
The Embassy of Israel, with the assistance of the corresponding Georgian state agencies, have returned hundreds of Israeli students to Tbilisi for the last few weeks, who have complied with the government instructions. The coordination and support of this process are ensured by Embassies of Israel and Georgia, government agencies, and the corresponding universities only.
Any person who will decide to be guided by false information released by private and esoteric institutions will be responsible for their actions. It is important not to follow advice by organizations not authorized or able to tackle this immensely sensitive and challenging issue," the statement reads.
