"The epidemiological situation in Ajara is negative, and we expect the cases to increase in the near future," Health Minister of Ajara Nino Nizharadze said.
In Nizharadze's words, cases are first supposed to rise and then decrease in number.
"People must also support us and follow the existing recommendations. At this point, 600 beds are available in Ajara, with patients distributed across clinics and hotels accordingly," Nizharadze said, adding that some patients have already recovered, and the bed capacity meets the requirements in Ajara at this point.
