As Ambassador of the European Union to Georgia Carl Hartzell said, he hopes the citizens to vote without any COVID risks and 'everything will be safe.'
He got acquainted with the elections at one of the polling stations.
In his words, like many others, he has a long working day today, adding it is a special moment for democracies when voters choose the government for the following four years.
"The atmosphere at the polling station creates a festive mood for me," EU Ambassador to Georgia, Carl Hartzell said.
