Explosion occurred in #34 Guramishvili street residential building. Supposedly the explosion was caused by gas leakage. As report.ge correspondent informs from the place the explosion happened on the 3rd or 4th floor of the 16-storeyed building. Some residents are injured. The number of the victims is not declared yet. The injured are delivered to #8 and #9 hospitals. Condition of a man placed in #9 hospital is critical, he got serious burn.
The first four floors of the building are completely destroyed. The windows glasses of the building are cracked. As a result of the explosion the cars parked at the building are also damaged. Patrol, ambulance and fire emergencies are mobilized at the building. The accident took place at approximately 8:10.
