The Georgian Prime Minister assigned the members of special headquarters to control the implementation of the state of emergency regulations strictly.
According to him, it is time to follow all restrictions and social distancing regulations at maximum.
Giorgi Gakharia called on law enforcers to ensure control over the restrictions of the state of emergency and use the measures envisaged by the law with regards to the violators.
To control the movement of the citizens between municipalities, special block posts are open at each of the municipal entrance and exit. The trading units will be strictly controlled in compliance with the regulations of the state of emergency.
The Head of the country called on the citizens to stay at home and take into account the recommendations given by the government to avoid risks of personal and other people’s health.
The Prime Minister conducted a joint working meeting of the regional government and the cabinet of ministers.
