Georgian Dream mayoral candidate Mamuka Tsotseria told journalists that the opposition would have to admit to its defeat.
''Eventually, they will have to admit they have lost the elections because this is our public's will. I wish to thank Zugdidi residents for their trust. Being a mayor is a great responsibility for me, and I pledge to be not only a mayor but each of their friend and servant despite their political affiliation,'' Tsotseria stressed.
