Georgian police control checkpoints have been installed in the village of Shroma of the Ozurgeti municipality, in Chkonagora and Chochkhati of the Lanchkhuti municipality, and in the village of Orsantia of the Zugdidi municipality.

The Interagency Coordination Council made the decision.

Emergency Management Service staff set up field tents on the territory of the points.

Citizens entering and leaving villages undergo thermal screening on the spot.

Entry and exit of citizens are not limited, and no other strict restrictions are applicable.

Georgia's Interior Ministry urges citizens to show high social responsibility, wear face masks and comply with current regulations.
