Georgian Dream mayoral candidate in Georgia's Tsalenjikha municipality, Goga Gulordava, has congratulated the winning candidate from the UNM, Gia Kharchilava, on his victory.
''I wish all the success to Gia Kharchilava despite him representing the political power which is unacceptable for me and the majority of Georgia's population. Hopefully, his agenda will focus on doing a job unlike that of his party,'' Gulordava stated.
