The Government is launching voluntary nurse certification programme aiming at protecting child rights and preventing violence.
The certification program will include examination of nurses’ personal data, determination of their mental health and medical and pediatrics training.
The corresponding change has already been introduced to the Code of Rights for Children, with the law awaiting the President’s signature.
The Ministry of Education must determine certification criteria before 1 March 2020.
