Guram Macharashvili, a member of the parliamentary majority, assessed the current events in Dmanisi and called on the opposing sides to remain calm.
"The scale of the conflict in Dmanisi should not increase under any circumstances. Therefore, we hope and are confident that both the local community and the relevant agencies will ensure that the community in Dmanisi will calm down very soon. Once again, I call on the society to calm down because there is no problem that can not be solved by agreement, especially among the locals," said Macharashvili.
