IDS Borjomi Georgia has released a statement saying that they stand ready to meet their employees' requirements who are on strike over what they say are unsatisfactory working conditions and inadequate pay.
The statement says that the production process in Borjomi factories has been suspended as illegal actions on the rally site have jeopardized people's health and safety.
''We have always stood prepared to talk with our employees, including representatives of the trade unions, and we are ready to meet them any time for negotiations,'' the statement reads.
Borjomi Company staff members have been on strike for three days now. They say that they will protest until the company fulfills the existing requirements.
The company closed both factories yesterday.
