Kamila Mamedova elected chairperson of Georgian Charter of Journalistic Ethics

Kamila Mamedova has been elected as the chairperson of the Georgian Charter of Journalistic Ethics.

She replaced Nana Biganishvili, as the latter’s term expired.

Kamila Mamedova will head the charter council for a year.

Mamedova is a founder of the Marneuli community radio. She established it in 2007.

In 2009-2010, Kamila worked as a journalist for the GIPA ‘Multicolored Georgia’ program.

She also worked for the Russian-language TV Company Peak, and a TV program producer.

Since 2015, Kamila Mamedova has provided ideas for many programs at Radio Marneuli.

On December 18, 2022, Kamila became a member of the council of the Charter of Journalistic Ethics.
