MagtiCom Ltd has released a social media statement, saying that lots of fake MagtiCom pages are offering customers lotteries or different attractive web pages and posts. In exchange for involvement in different lotteries and purchasing various packages, they are asking customers to send text messages or dial a specific number.
According to the statement, these fake pages may also require personal information and a banking card number, and if customers do as they say, they will lose money and receive no package or a chance to participate in a lottery.
''Be careful and do not trust similar sources without checking information!'' the statement reads.
