Miners have ended 33-hour protests in the Tkibuli mine.
Majority MP Bezhan Tsikadze was with the nine miners refusing to leave the mine in protest for a couple of hours.
Eventually, the parties agreed to sit at the negotiation table, with Mr. Tsikadze saying that he would be involved in the negotiations.
"The majority MP was with us and gave his word. Let us see what tomorrow will bring. He promised to resolve all issues if we left the mine," a miner said.
The minors want to get fully remunerated; otherwise, they plan to again go on strike.
