Twenty-five new coronavirus cases are registered in Georgia during the last 24 hours. The total number of infected people is 456.
According to Tbilisi Infectious Disease Hospital Director, Marina Ezugbaia, the increased number of new cases is due to aggressive testing conducted in one day.
“A big number of people were tested compared to previous days, and that caused the increased number,” – said Marina Ezugbaia
The total number of recovered persons is 132; five have died; 4,949 are in quarantine, and 555 are under medical supervision.
